Free consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Consultation times are estimates only and actual duration may vary.
Prices for our design services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). A deposit is typically required to commence design work, with the balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in your design agreement.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled appointments to avoid cancellation fees. Design fees are generally non-refundable once design work has commenced, though we may offer partial refunds at our discretion depending on project stage. Product purchases may be subject to separate return policies from our suppliers.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Harbour Living Atelier or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Design concepts, drawings, and specifications created by our designers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which clients receive a license to use the designs for their specific project.

Harbour Living Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
While we strive to meet all project timelines, completion dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, shipping issues, client decision-making delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
We may recommend or specify products from third-party suppliers. While we endeavor to recommend quality products from reputable suppliers, we are not responsible for the performance, quality, or delivery of third-party products. Warranty claims for such products must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
